    Plans and billing

    What does it cost to be on Patriot Hauls? Your listing is free forever on the Recruit plan. Paid tiers (Operator, Elite, Fleet Commander) unlock the booking, payment, and marketing tools. See plans overview.

    Does Patriot Hauls take a cut of my bookings? No. There are no booking fees and no commission on any plan. You connect your own Stripe and get paid directly. See how you get paid.

    How do I change or cancel my plan? Go to Settings → Billing & Subscription and open the Stripe billing portal. See manage your subscription.

    Is my monthly plan the same as my payout account? No — they're separate. Your platform subscription is what you pay Patriot Hauls; your payout account is your own Stripe Connect account where renter money lands. See connecting Stripe for payouts.

    Getting started and trials

    Do I get a free trial? Yes. Claiming your business starts a no-card 10-day trial of the full platform. See your free trial.

    What happens when my trial ends? You move to the free Recruit plan unless you pick a paid plan — your data stays put. See your free trial.

    Bookings and payments

    How do renters pay me? Renters pay through your connected Stripe account during the guided checkout. See renter checkout explained.

    Can I approve bookings myself instead of auto-approving? Yes. Choose auto-approve or review-each. On review-each, the card is authorized and only captured when you approve. See approve or review bookings.

    How does the security deposit work? The deposit is collected at checkout and you release it back to the renter after a clean return. See deposits and holds.
