Turn location access back on

    When you search for trailers, Patriot Hauls uses your location to show the closest trailers first and to center the map near you. If you tapped "Don't Allow" when the app asked for your location, the app can't ask again — your phone requires you to turn it back on in its own Settings.

    Re-enable location on your phone

    • iPhone: Settings → Privacy & SecurityLocation ServicesPatriot Hauls → choose While Using the App.
    • Android: Settings → AppsPatriot HaulsPermissionsLocation → choose Allow only while using the app.

    Then reopen the app — Discover will lead with the trailers nearest you.

    Using the website instead of the app?

    Your browser handles location separately. Tap the lock or settings icon next to the address bar, find Location, and set it to Allow, then refresh the page.

    Good to know: Browsing works fine without location — you can still search any city or ZIP code by typing it in the search box. Location only changes the ordering, so nearby trailers rise to the top.

    Still stuck? Message your operator from any booking, or browse by typing your city into the search bar — every trailer shows its city and state on the card.
