You manage your plan from Settings → Billing & Subscription in your dashboard. What you see there depends on whether you've already subscribed.
Choose a plan (first time)
If you're on the free Recruit plan, the Billing & Subscription card shows a Choose a Plan button.
- Open Settings → Billing & Subscription.
- Tap Choose a Plan to open the pricing page.
- Pick Operator, Elite, or Fleet Commander and continue to checkout.
- Enter your card. You're taken to Stripe's secure checkout to finish.
Once payment goes through, the full toolkit for that tier switches on right away.
Tip: You can also reach the pricing page any time from the Pricing link in the app, or at
/pricing.
Upgrade, downgrade, change your card, or cancel
Once you're on a paid plan, the same card shows a Manage Subscription button.
- Open Settings → Billing & Subscription.
- Tap Manage Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal.
- From there you can upgrade or downgrade your plan, update your payment method, see your billing history, or cancel.
If you cancel, your account drops back to the free Recruit plan at the end of your billing period. Your listings, bookings, and history stay put — only the paid-only tools pause until you subscribe again.
Your platform plan vs. getting paid
Two different things use Stripe, and they're separate:
- Your platform subscription (Operator / Elite / Fleet Commander) is what you pay Patriot Hauls each month — managed in the billing portal above.
- Your payout account is your own Stripe Connect account, where renter payments and deposits land. See connecting Stripe for payouts.
Changing or cancelling your plan never touches your payout account, and vice versa.
Good to know: Plan prices come straight from Stripe at checkout, so the number you're charged is always the live, current rate.
