You manage your plan from Settings → Billing & Subscription in your dashboard. What you see there depends on whether you've already subscribed.
Choose a plan (first time)
If you're on the free Recruit plan, the Billing & Subscription card shows a Choose a Plan button.
- Open Settings → Billing & Subscription.
- Tap Choose a Plan to open the pricing page.
- Pick Operator, Elite, or Fleet Commander and continue to checkout.
- Enter your card in the secure Square checkout to finish.
Once payment goes through, the full toolkit for that tier switches on right away.
Tip: You can also reach the pricing page any time from the Pricing link in the app, or at
/pricing.
Upgrade, downgrade, change your card, or cancel
Once you're on a paid plan, the same card shows a Manage Subscription button.
- Open Settings → Billing & Subscription.
- Use the Square billing screen to upgrade or downgrade your plan, update your payment method, see your billing history, or cancel.
If you cancel, your account drops back to Recruit at the end of your billing period. Your saved data stays put, but paid tools pause and your business leaves marketplace search and stops receiving Patriot Hauls renter demand.
Your platform plan vs. getting paid
Your platform billing and renter payouts use separate systems:
- Your platform subscription (Operator / Elite / Fleet Commander) is what you pay Patriot Hauls each month through Square.
- Your payout account is your own Stripe Connect account, where renter payments and deposits land. See connecting Stripe for payouts.
Changing or cancelling your plan never touches your payout account, and vice versa.
Good to know: Plan prices come from the Patriot Hauls Square catalog at checkout, so the number you're charged is always the live, current rate.
