Patriot Hauls has four operator tiers. Recruit includes application, verification, and a private operator account, but it is not shown in marketplace search and does not deliver calls, messages, chat leads, requests, or bookings through Patriot Hauls. Operator and higher tiers unlock public discovery, renter demand, and the operating system after Square billing is set up. There are no booking fees and no commission; renter payments go to your connected payout account.
The four tiers
- Recruit — $0/mo. Apply, complete verification, and maintain a private basic operator account. Recruit is not listed in marketplace search and does not receive renter calls, messages, chat leads, requests, or bookings through Patriot Hauls. No card required.
- Operator — $149/mo. The full operating system: AI booking agent, booking board, calendar, digital contracts, payments, inspections, renter files, automatic texts and emails, and a website chat widget. Includes 2 operator seats.
Website customization and launch is a separate $597 one-time setup service. It is not included with Operator.
- Elite — $249/mo. Everything in Operator, plus the marketing engine — social posting, analytics, review management, featured placement, and 3× the AI agent volume. Includes 7 seats and up to 2 locations.
- Fleet Commander — $349/mo. Everything in Elite, plus the most AI agent volume, a built-in paid-ads engine, unlimited seats and locations, and white-glove migration help. Built for big fleets.
