Patriot Hauls lets you try the paid features before you pay anything. There are two different trials depending on how you start — here's how each one works.
The 10-day claim trial (no card)
When you claim your business for the first time, you receive a 10-day trial of the Operator software — no credit card required. This lets you explore the dashboard and set up your operation. Your listing stays out of marketplace search and Patriot Hauls does not deliver renter calls, messages, leads, requests, or bookings until you add a Square card.
When the 10 days are up, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan. Nothing is charged, and you don't lose your data — some paid features simply switch off until you choose a plan.
Good to know: Adding your Square card during the trial activates marketplace visibility and renter demand. Your first charge is still deferred until the trial ends.
Imported operator billing dates
If Patriot Hauls imported your account from AutomateBoss, you can keep using the software through your current paid-through date. Add your Square card to activate search and leads now; Patriot Hauls schedules the first Square charge for your existing renewal date so you are not double charged.
What happens when a trial ends
- You picked a plan: billing begins and everything keeps working.
- You did nothing: your account moves to Recruit. Your saved data stays put, but paid tools remain locked and your business stays out of marketplace search without renter demand.
