Every Patriot Hauls rental includes a rental agreement you sign online before pickup. It spells out the terms — your dates, the unit, the deposit, and the operator's policies. Signing takes a few seconds.
Signing during checkout
When you book online, signing is built right into the Sign step of checkout:
- Read the agreement shown on screen. Your booking details are already filled in.
- Type your full legal name in the signature box.
- Tap Sign & Continue.
That's it — your typed name is a legally binding electronic signature. You'll move straight on to the documents step.
Signing from a link
If an operator set up the booking for you (for example, a walk-in or phone booking), you'll get a contract link in your confirmation email instead. You don't need an account to use it.
- Open the link from your email.
- Review the agreement and your booking summary.
- Type your full legal name and tap I agree and sign this contract.
Get your copy
Once you've signed, the page shows your signed agreement. Use the Print / Save as PDF button to keep a copy for your records. You can reopen the same link later to see the signed version any time.
Good to know: The agreement you sign is the operator's own contract. If anything in it is unclear, ask the operator before you sign — their contact details are on your booking and confirmation email.
