You don't have to fill out a signup form to rent on Patriot Hauls. When you complete your first booking, an account is created for you automatically — and you stay in control of it.
Your account is created for you
After you pay for your first rental, Patriot Hauls sets up your account using the email on the booking and emails you a magic login link. Tap it to sign in — no password to remember. From your account you can:
- See all your rentals under My Bookings
- Reuse your saved license and insurance on future bookings
- Rebook trailers you've rented before
Tip: Need to sign in later? Use the magic-link login — you'll get a fresh link by email each time, so there's no password to reset.
Delete your account
You can delete your account whenever you want, right from the app.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the Danger Zone.
- Tap Delete My Account, read the warning, type DELETE, and confirm.
If you still have a live rental (booked and not yet finished or cancelled), you can't delete yet. A window lists each live rental so you can finish or cancel it first. Deletion can't be undone from your account. Your account, login, and profile are removed now, your uploaded document files (such as your driver's license and insurance images) are deleted, and your saved cards are removed from Patriot Hauls immediately (Stripe and Square keep their own customer records). You're signed out.
Good to know: A copy of your account records (bookings, payments, contracts, and messages) is kept in a secure archive for three years, for legal and accounting reasons and so you can pick up where you left off if you come back. The archive keeps record details, not the uploaded files. After that it may be removed. The archive is private. To restore your account or ask about your records, email support@patriothauls.com.
