If you have your own website, the contact form builder lets you capture leads there and pull them straight into Patriot Hauls. You design the form, copy one snippet of code onto your site, and every submission shows up in your Lead Inbox — no separate tool to check.
You'll find the builder in your AI Chat Widget settings.
Build your form
- Open Chat Widget settings and find the contact form builder.
- Start from the default fields (First Name, Last Name, Phone, Email, a trailer-interest dropdown, and a message box) and adjust to taste.
- Add or remove fields — you can use Text, Email, Phone, Dropdown, and Text Area fields — and reorder them with the up/down arrows.
- Mark any field required so you always capture what matters (email and first name are required by default).
- Set your primary color, background color, button text, and the success message renters see after submitting.
- Click Save.
Put it on your website
- Open the embed / code option to get your snippet.
- Copy it and paste it into your website where you want the form to appear.
- Submit a test to confirm it works — the entry should appear in your Lead Inbox.
Good to know: Every submission flows into the same Lead Inbox as the rest of your leads, so you can follow up, message, and convert them without leaving Patriot Hauls.
