Repeat customers are your best customers. When someone who's rented from you before wants to book again, you don't have to retype their info — you can pull them straight into a new booking.
Rebook from Create Booking
- On the Bookings page, click Create Booking.
- In the Customer Info section, start typing the renter's name, email, or phone in the search box.
- Pick them from the list of your existing renters and saved contacts — their name, email, and phone autofill.
- Choose the unit and dates, then send a payment link or record a manual/cash booking as usual. See create a booking for a customer.
The search covers everyone who has booked with you before, plus any contacts you've saved, deduplicated so you don't see the same person twice.
Good to know: When you open a booking for a renter who has rented from you two or more times, their detail shows a Returning Renter badge with their booking count — a quick signal that they're a known, repeat customer.
Let renters rebook themselves
Renters can also rebook on their own from their My Rentals screen using Book Again, which takes them back to the unit's page to start a fresh booking. So a returning customer may show up as a new request without any action from you.
