With the AI Concierge on, the widget doesn't just answer questions — it can move a renter all the way to a booking. It checks live availability for real dates, quotes the exact price, and hands back a booking link with the renter's details already filled in.
What the assistant can do
- Check availability. When a renter names a unit and dates, the assistant checks your live calendar and tells them whether it's open.
- Give an exact quote. On any paid plan, it returns the exact rental subtotal and the security deposit for those dates, based on your rates.
- Hand back a ready-to-book link. Once a unit and dates check out, it gives the renter a link straight to checkout for that unit and date range — pickup and return times included when provided.
Good to know: Quotes are an estimate from your rates. The authoritative total — including any taxes and fees — is always shown at checkout. Deposits, holds, and payment run through your connected Stripe account as with any booking.
The prefilled booking link
The booking link the assistant shares is a deep link into checkout for the specific unit and dates. If the renter shared their name, email, or phone in the chat, those details are prefilled at checkout and registration — so an eager renter never has to re-type what they already told the assistant. It's the fastest possible path from "do you have this?" to a paid booking.
Plans and behavior
- Paid plans unlock the full booking agent: live availability, exact quotes, and proactive closing.
- Free/Recruit get availability checks and booking links, but not exact quotes or the proactive close — the widget leans toward answering and capturing the lead.
Set the assistant's sales approach with AI Goals & Instructions in the widget settings — for example, telling it to always push for the booking or to recommend a specific unit.
