The Briefing Room updates as your business does. Each time you open it, Scout gives you a fresh read: what changed, what's working, and the next win to go get. Here's how to read it.
Your next move
At the top, Scout names one move — the action most likely to move the needle given your current situation. It might be "connect payouts," "respond to a lead," "add a second unit," or "reply to a review." Do that first; it's chosen because it matters more than everything else on your list today.
Your lifecycle stage
Scout tracks where you are on the journey and tunes its advice to it:
- Recruit — you're setting up. The focus is getting live: profile, fleet, payouts, first listing.
- Integrated — you're operating. The focus shifts to filling your calendar and tightening your workflow.
- Growth — you're rolling. The focus is more units, more channels, more reviews, more revenue.
Because the guidance matches your stage, you're never told to "scale" before you're live, or fussing with setup once you're humming.
Wins and intel
The SITREP and Intel sections surface the signals worth acting on — new leads to answer, bookings to confirm, reviews to reply to, or AI Fuel running low. Knock out the ones Scout flags and you keep the momentum going.
Good to know: AI Fuel is your AI credit balance. If it's low, your chat widget and AI features can pause — top it up so Scout and your storefront assistant keep working.
